Cody Deaner wrestles at a WEDDING!

On August 3rd, 2014, Cody Deaner wrestled at a wedding. Yes, you read that right ... a wedding.

Max, a longtime wrestling fan and wrestling photographer/videographer was able to convince his amazing bride Mel to hold a wrestling event at their wedding, between the ceremony and the reception.

What ensued, was an event that none of the wedding guests would ever forget.

A normal entrance to the ring wouldn't suffice on a special day like Max and Mel's wedding day. So, Cody Deaner made a grand entrance for his match on a vintage Honda Trail 70.

After getting the wedding guests revved-up, Cody Deaner whooped some ass and took some names.

For the main event, it was only fitting that Max and Mel get some wedding photos in the ring with their new championship wedding belts. However, the devious villains, Killer Al and Evilyn, photobombed their wedding photos.

Cody Deaner saved the day and helped dispose of the villains by letting the bride slap Evilyn and the groom give Killer Al a whack with a kendo stick, before Cody DDT'd Killer Al and let the bride and groom pin them.

Then it was time for Cody Deaner's wedding speech.

Yes, you read that right too ... Cody Deaner's WEDDING SPEECH. Cody surprised the bride and groom by giving them an impromptu wedding speech in the ring.

Cody Deaner gave Max some timely advice as a new husband and made sure Max knew how lucky he was to have such an amazing wife who would let him have a wrestling show at their wedding.

The speech ended with what was dubbed "the best wrestling toast at a wedding ever" as Cody Deaner got the smiling and ecstatic crowd to raise their glasses and take part in a "MAX AND MEL!" chant.

After all was said and done, Cody rode his Trail 70 off into the sunset. Cody wishes Max and Mel a life full of love, happiness, and DDT's!
