Cody Deaner and Cousin Jake are in serious training mode and set to make their IMPACT Wrestling in-ring debut on Friday, April 26, 2019. Their debut will air on IMPACT Wrestling's flagship show, which airs worldwide on various TV outlets. It has been a decade since Cody Deaner last had a full-time contract with Impact Wrestling. Cody and Jake join a stacked and talented tag-team division on the Impact roster. The Deaners will be on the Impact Wrestling flagship show which airs on Pursuit Channel, The Fight Network, Game TV, Twitch.tv/ImpactWrestling, and numerous international television networks worldwide. The Deaners are currently accepting bookings for independent wrestling companies worldwide and can be reached for bookings by the link below:  On April 10-12, 2019, Cody Deaner did a mini speaking tour of Saskatchewan, Canada. He delivered two keynotes while touring. He delivered his "Power of Perseverance" message to the entire school at L.P. Miller Comprehensive School in Nipawin, SK. And he delivered his "Dare to Dream BIG" message to hundreds of youth at the SunWest Leadership Conference in Biggar, SK.
At both schools, he also delivered workshops to smaller groups looking to dig deeper into Cody's lessons of goal setting, finding your passion, and making a difference in your community. "This was my first tour of Saskatchewan. I had heard amazing things about the schools in the province," Cody said. "And I was blown away by the kindness of the people and the overall enthusiasm of the students and staff. It was amazing. I can't wait to be back in Saskatchewan soon for another tour!" To learn more about Cody's programs and/or to book him, click the links below:  Last year, the "Giv'er for Charity" campaign raised $1000 for the "Every Kid Counts" program at the Lansdowne Children's Centre. Cody, along with his friend Regan (a child who benefited greatly from programs at Lansdowne) were able to team up to raise the money together by selling autographed Cody Deaner caricature portraits at Cody's wrestling events across Ontario. The fundraiser culminated with an in-ring ceremony that can be viewed here: https://www.facebook.com/cody.deaner/videos/250835762300809/ This year, throughout March, April, & May, Cody and Regan are again raising money for the "Every Kid Counts" program at Lansdowne. The Every Kid Counts program is an award winning program that allows children and youth with special needs to have an equal opportunity to participate in their local community recreation and leisure programs. The Every Kid Counts program provides a support worker to provide both hands on and programming support to the child/youth, family, and recreation staff to promote full participation in the provided recreation/leisure activity. Cody has added "Giv'er for Charity" t-shirts to the campaign to help raise the funds. Last year, all the funds were collected in person at events. This year, we're adding this online fundraiser to the cause. If we reach the $1000 goal online and add that to the in-person donations at Cody's wrestling and speaking events, the hope is we will DOUBLE the amount brought in last year.
