Cody Deaner recently vowed to deliver a receipt to "Outlaw" Scott Chase at an MCW in Chase's hometown of Brantford, ON. See the video from Cody Deaner's Official YouTube Channel below. Cody Deaner is pleased to announce that the receipt was signed, sealed and delivered. Deaner said, "Receipt? Delivered. Did it feel good? Abso-freakin-lutely!" The receipt came in the form of a low-blow and a punch to the jaw ... while Cody Deaner's hand was wrapped in a chain. The receipt was a hot news item in Brantford and even made the Brant News. Cody Deaner recently took to his TWITTER page and posted some "teaser" photos of a project he recently filmed. Cody Deaner has yet to give details on exactly what the project is ... but CodyDeaner.com will have all the details when the announcement is officially made.

This will be the first time in 15 years that wrestling has been in the small rural town. It will be on Thursday, Sept 18th as part of the grand opening of the 156th Parkhill Fair. On Saturday, August 16th, at the Annual Cowapolooza Event in Woodstock, ON, Cody Deaner was the surprise challenger for Jon Bolen's Canadian Pro Wrestling Championship.
Bolen was not told who his opponent would be for the match, and in a fit of anger, demanded the match be a Falls Count Anywhere match. The CPW commissioner accepted the demand but under the condition that order be maintained by none other than former WWE Superstar "Highlander" Robbie MacAllister! Cody Deaner fought Jon Bolen all around the ring area, into the stands, and used foreign objects like a baseball bat and even a kid's scooter! The end of the match came when Bolen struck the special guest referee Highlander Robbie. This allowed The Pissbeaters (Jake O'Reilly and Anthony Darko) to interfere on Bolen's behalf. The plan backfired and gave Cody Deaner the opportunity to hit Bolen with the title belt and secure the victory. Cody Deaner is set to make his first title defence in November at the next CPW event in Woodstock. Stay tuned to codydeaner.com for details on Cody's upcoming title matches. On August 23rd, 2014, Cody Deaner will be appearing for Magnificent Championship Wrestling in Brantford, ON. Cody Deaner will be facing a man he wrestled 14 years ago ... "Outlaw" Scott Chase. What's significant about a rematch 14 years in the making? The answer might surprise you. The answer is a "receipt." What's a "receipt" in wrestling? You'll have to watch the video to find out. 
 On August 3rd, 2014, Cody Deaner wrestled at a wedding. Yes, you read that right ... a wedding. Max, a longtime wrestling fan and wrestling photographer/videographer was able to convince his amazing bride Mel to hold a wrestling event at their wedding, between the ceremony and the reception. What ensued, was an event that none of the wedding guests would ever forget. A normal entrance to the ring wouldn't suffice on a special day like Max and Mel's wedding day. So, Cody Deaner made a grand entrance for his match on a vintage Honda Trail 70.
On September 21st, Cody Deaner will be appearing for Crossfire Wrestling and joining forces with his old pal the "Infamous" Jay Moore by joining the Infamous 5. Cody Deaner is pretty excited about what this means for Crossfire Wrestling ... What Cody Deaner has only recently learned is that he will be battling a former UFC champion and a certified UFC legend in Dan "The Beast" Severn. Cody Deaner has taken to singing his promos whenever "The Entertainer" RJ City is involved. However, this time, Cody Deaner gets carried away and sings a few potentially inappropriate words concerning the very young Tyler Thomas.
